NEW YORK CITY — KYURAMEN has opened a new location in Manhattan’s Financial District, bringing three concepts under one roof: the first Kyuramen Express, new Bao Dumpling and Aokō Matcha.
Kyuramen Express is the group’s first fast-casual format, offering signature ramen including Tokyo Tonkotsu Shoyu, Sapporo Miso and Kyushu Spicy Tonkotsu, along with udon, rice bowls, sushi, onigiri, appetizers and combination meals.

“This is our first opportunity to bring several KYURAMEN experiences together in one fast-casual setting,” Founder and CEO Gary Lin said.

“We wanted to create a space where guests can build the meal they want and enjoy Asian-inspired comfort food at one convenient location. Whether they’re stopping by for a quick lunch, grabbing dinner to go, sharing appetizers with friends, or looking for a pick-me-up with an afternoon matcha and dessert, there’s something for everyone.”
The location also debuts Bao Dumpling, which combines Chinese takeout-inspired flavors with dumplings.
