NEW YORK CITY — SweatHouz, a national recovery and contrast therapy brand, will open its first studio in Tribeca.
Located at 30 Warren St., the new studio is expected to open sometime next month.
The 8,000-square-foot studio will feature eight private contrast therapy suites, each equipped with an infrared sauna and cold plunge, allowing guests to alternate between heat and cold without sharing facilities.
Suites will also include antioxidant-infused vitamin C showers. A larger PentHouz suite will accommodate groups of four to six, while a 22-by-10-foot event room will host wellness programming including sound baths, meditation, breath work and yoga.
The Tribeca opening is the first phase of a 12-studio development agreement across Manhattan and Brooklyn with the Wasi Family Group.
A second New York location is already in development, with a lease recently signed in the East Village.

Founded in 2019, SweatHouz says it now operates more than 100 studios nationwide, has delivered 1.9 million private recovery sessions, and has awarded more than 500 franchise licenses. The company plans to position its New York expansion as a major dedicated recovery network in one of the country's most competitive wellness markets.
