
This class is offered for free in collaboration with the Taylor Center for Dance Education, the educational branch of the Paul Taylor Dance Company.
Dance Cardio is an energetic and fun way to get moving! Each class begins with a low-impact warm-up and gradually builds into learning engaging dance routines designed to elevate your heart rate. Throughout the class, you’ll also take short breaks to focus on conditioning specific muscle groups. Modifications are always encouraged and freely offered, making this class accessible to all levels. Classes conclude with a comprehensive stretch, leaving you feeling accomplished, energized, and ready to take on your day.
