Last Friday, the Medical Examiner determined Chin died after being hit in the head several times and stabbed in the neck. The three allegedly hauled Chin's body out of her Manhattan apartment in a garbage bag and dumped her in the trash at the woman's New Jersey home, according to reports.
Eng is suspected of fighting with his mother over his deceased father's fortune that was left to Chin, which Eng told The Post is $10 or $11 million. Eng denied to The Post that he killed his mother over the money and said he and his mother had argued over her declining health.
Eng's next court date is Feb. 27.
