• County begins renewed road repaving project (tapinto.net) — Rensselaer County has launched a new round of road repaving that includes fresh work on Elliot Road and Hays Road in East Greenbush this year. After finishing an eight-year overhaul of all county roads, officials now plan 26 more miles of paving in 2026 to fix winter and heavy-use damage across multiple towns.
