• Town Board Approves Action Against Blighted Homes (huntingtonnow.com) — Several East Northport homes, including properties on Penfield Drive, Ketay Drive South, and Ketchum Court, have been officially labeled blighted by the Huntington Town Board. The town unanimously authorized crews to enter these and other area properties to fix code violations, with all cleanup costs billed back to the owners.
