All Girl Rock Band Night Coming Soon to Empower Young Women
Ever want to rock out in an all-girl band? Here's your chance.

EAST HAMPTON, NY — Ever want to let loose in a all-girl rock band? Here's your chance.
According to Kate Mueth, founder of the Neo-Political Cowgirls, an event coming up promises to "be some good sister wild fun."
Only a few spaces for bands remain, Mueth said, for the "Badass Fantasy All Girl Rock Band Night," to be held at The Talkhouse on October 10 at 7 p.m. SPTNKTN will perform, and Nancy Atlas will judge.

The event, Mueth said, is "all in good, supportive fun. Come play and boldly let loose your girl band fantasy — sign up soon and get to practicing. Always wanted to play the drums? Here's your chance. Feel sexy behind a bass guitar? Come pluck some notes and give us your smokiest gaze."
To participate, email npcowgirls@gmail.com to register band name. Prizes will be awarded to the winners.
All proceeds will benefit NPC's Education Outreach Programs empowering girls and women; a new workshop for young girls is currently ongoing through Oct. 20.
