The Beacon (8 West Water Street, Sag Harbor, New York 11963[631] 725-7088 or www.beaconsagharbor.com), Sag Harbor’s summertime mainstay, has announced they will open for their 28th season on Wednesday, May 13. Dinner service will begin at 5:30 pm., reservations are recommended and can be made up to 10 days in advance. The menu will feature old school favorites, as well as delicious specials.
