Navy Beach Restaurant, Montauk | Seafood Restaurant

Navy Beach has announced increasing its local philanthropic support this season with additional efforts to support the local community. In addition to the 6th annual East Hampton High School scholarship program, Navy Beach is partnering with three East End organizations to help raise awareness and funds through a Support Local dine + donate program from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day. A $1 donation will be added to each dining check during these dates, with the restaurant matching the first $500 raised each month. Organizations that will be supported include:

“With all of the pricing, immigration and healthcare hardships affecting the East End communities, we decided that focusing our fundraising efforts locally could have the most meaningful impact. We live here year-round, and we know how hard it can be to live in a seasonal destination with limited means. We chose three organizations that strive to make people’s lives a little less difficult, and that give people a little more hope that their situations can improve. We are honored to be working with Shred the Love, Hamptons Community Outreach and the Montauk Food Pantry this season, and believe that together with our guests, we can contribute to their efforts,” shares Navy Beach. 
“We are delighted to have the support of Navy Beach to help target our work,” shares Alice Houseknecht, director of Montauk Food Pantry.

ARTS CENTER AT DUCK CREEK FARM

The
Arts Center at Duck Creek (<a href="https://www.duckcreekarts.org/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.duckcreekarts.org/</a>) has announced the return of their Family Night series for the 2026 season offering free community programming open to all on Monday evenings. Guests are encouraged to stop by on the way home from work, camp or the beach for arts, crafts, music, food &amp; fun! The series will begin on Monday, July 6 and will take place weekly through Monday, August 10. The lineup for Family Night, subject to change, is as follows:

Goat on a Boat July 6 from 5 to 7 p.m.
Goat on a Boat Puppet Theater is committed to inspiring creativity in young audiences through the art of puppetry, while also supporting emerging and established puppet artists. They create, produce, and present live puppet shows and creative workshops and work to serve and collaborate with diverse audiences, artists, and community partners. All of Duck Creek Family Night programs this summer will be hosted by Goat on a Boat founder and puppeteer, Liz Joyce! Our Fabulous Variety Show’s mission is to create accessible, innovative cultural arts experiences and to bridge the opportunity gap by cultivating inclusive experiences for all. Founded in 2010 by Anita Boyer and Kasia Klimiuk, OFVS is a non-profit 501(c)3 performance and arts education organization that produces productions from full scale to showcase and provides educational performing arts programming to the east end community of Long Island. Members of the Shinnecock Nation July 20 from 5 to 7 p.m.
The Shinnecock Tribe has been living on Long Island for approximately 13,000 years. They were once part of a larger group that inhabited all of the island, which also was part of an even larger group that included all of New England. Our aim is to create new pathways for connection and conversation between the Shinnecock Indian Nation and the wider East End community. La Herencia July 27 from 5 to 7 p.m.
La Herencia is a nine-piece Salsa, Cumbia, and Latin Soul powerhouse based in Long Island, NY. Led by pianist and bandleader Nick Corredor, the group is on a mission to revive the golden era of salsa and bring its infectious rhythms back to the mainstream.

Real East End Brass August 3 from 5 to 7 p.m.
Real East End Brass, better known as REEB!, is a New Orleans-style brass band made up of musicians and educators based on the East End of Long Island, New York. REEB is best known for blending jazz, funk, and pop music into high-energy, one-of-a-kind performances. This exhibit will focus on the events that happened in the Hamptons during the American Revolution and British occupation, along with the experiences of local residents during the war,&nbsp;including those who fled to Connecticut. The exhibit will feature letters and muster rolls, which provide names of those who served in the war, along with information about Meigs' Raid on Sag Harbor. The wreck of the HMS Culloden, and information about the British Naval presence in local waters will also be included.&nbsp; Visitors can expect to see original documents and letters from the Long Island Collection's holdings.This exhibit will be held in the Long Island Collection and will run through July 11th.

St. Luke’s Episcopal Church invites the community to the annual St. Luke’s Summer Fair on Saturday, July 5, on the church lawn in the heart of East Hampton Village.
A treasured East Hampton tradition, the Summer Fair is a joyful day for families, neighbors, parishioners, and summer visitors. Admission is free, and children’s wristbands will be available for $40 for children ages 2 and older to enjoy fair activities, including classic games, pony rides, and other family-friendly fun.
Guests can also enjoy a food stand, bake sale, vintage clothing, silent auction, and other favorite fair traditions. Proceeds from the Summer Fair support St. Luke’s and its outreach efforts, including local nonprofit partners such as Springs Food Pantry and Maureen’s Haven.
Free parking is available off Maidstone Lane behind the museum.
Come spend the day with us and celebrate one of East Hampton’s most cherished summer community traditions.
