The Shinnecock Tribe has been living on Long Island for approximately 13,000 years. They were once part of a larger group that inhabited all of the island, which also was part of an even larger group that included all of New England. Our aim is to create new pathways for connection and conversation between the Shinnecock Indian Nation and the wider East End community. Learn more about the Shinnecock Nation here.
The food donors for the 2026 Family Night series are Almond Restaurant, Amber Waves, Balsam Farms, East Hampton Kitchen, Rita Cantina, Harbor Market & Kitchen, Maidstone Market & Deli, Shelly’s Kitchen, Springs Pizza and Springs Tavern & Grill. The drink station for all six events is sponsored by Heras Fuel Oil Corp.
