R.AIRE at The Hampton Maid Introduces New Sunday Paella & Sangria Special for Two

R.AIRE at The Hampton Maid is giving guests a new reason to make Sunday dinner plans with the introduction of a weekly Sunday Special, featuring paella and a pitcher of sangria for two for only $75.

Available every Sunday throughout dinner service from 4 to 9:30 p.m., the special brings together the Spanish and Mediterranean flavors that have become a signature of R.AIRE. Designed for sharing, the experience includes guests’ choice of paella accompanied by a pitcher of red, white or non-alcoholic sangria.

Diners can choose from three paella preparations. The Meat Paella features chorizo, Ibérico pork and La Belle Farm organic chicken, while the Seafood Paella combines calamari, mussels, shrimp and clams. A Mushroom Fideuà, prepared with seasonal mixed mushrooms and aioli, offers a meat-free option.

Guests looking to make Sunday dinner even more indulgent can upgrade to the Land & Sea Paella for an additional $20, featuring an eight-ounce Wagyu filet mignon, whole grilled lobster and calamari.

The new Sunday offering provides an approachable way for two guests to experience R.AIRE’s distinctive cuisine while lingering over a leisurely meal and pitcher of sangria. Set within The Hampton Maid’s intimate dining room in Hampton Bays, R.AIRE combines locally sourced ingredients with Spanish influences and the culinary vision of Chef Alex Bujoreanu.

The Sunday Paella & Sangria Special is available every Sunday from 4 to 9:30 p.m. for $75 for two, with the Land & Sea option available for an additional $20.
