Early risers have a new reason to start their mornings at Hampton Maid. Beginning Tuesday, October 13, the iconic Hampton Bays destination will introduce a new Early Bird Breakfast Special, offering guests 15% off their entire order Monday through Friday from 8 to 9:30 a.m.
Known for its longstanding breakfast tradition, Hampton Maid invites locals and visitors alike to ease into their weekday mornings with a leisurely breakfast while enjoying special savings. Whether stopping in before work, meeting friends for breakfast or simply starting the day overlooking Shinnecock Bay, guests can enjoy 15% off their entire order during the Early Bird Breakfast Special.
The new promotion coincides with Hampton Maid's transition to its winter schedule, also beginning October 13. Hampton Maid will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to noon and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
R.AIRE, Hampton Maid's onsite restaurant offering a Mediterranean-inspired dining experience, will also transition to winter hours beginning October 13. Dinner will be served Tuesday through Thursday from 4 to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 4 to 9:30 p.m.
R.AIRE's Happy Hour will continue Tuesday through Saturday from 4 to 6 p.m., giving guests another reason to visit throughout the fall and winter months.

Hampton Maid Introduces New Early Bird Breakfast Special Beginning October 13

Children's Museum of the East End

The Children’s Museum of the East End (CMEE), 376 Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike, Bridgehampton, NY, will welcome the return of its fall programming beginning Tuesday, October 6, with a lineup of weekly classes designed to encourage creativity, exploration, learning and connection through play.
From making music and experimenting with new ingredients to getting messy with sensory materials and creating works of art, CMEE’s fall classes offer young children and their grownups opportunities to learn, play and spend time together throughout the season.
Fall programming includes:
Music with Ms. Leah 
Tuesdays, October 6 through December 15 | 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. | Ages 0–3
Young children and their grownups are invited to sing, dance and celebrate developmental milestones together. Designed for young babies and toddlers, the music class celebrates the bond between child and caregiver while introducing simple techniques families can continue at home.
Cost is $10 for members and $30 for non-members, which includes Museum admission. There will be no classes November 17 or November 24. The October 27 class will be part of CMEE’s Baby’s First Halloween celebration.
Little Chefs 
Tuesdays, October 6 through December 15 | 10 to 11 a.m. | Ages 2–4
Little chefs and their grownups will head into the kitchen to chop, mix, blend and discover new ingredients together. Using fresh produce, participants will create simple, healthy and delicious dishes while encouraging children to explore food in a fun and hands-on environment.
Cost is $25 for members and $55 for non-members, which includes Museum admission. There will be no class October 27.
Sensory Play 
Wednesdays, beginning October 7 | 10 to 11 a.m. | Ages 18 months–3 years
Children are encouraged to get messy during this hands-on class featuring age-appropriate materials, textures and sensory experiences. Each session uses open-ended play to encourage curiosity, creativity, exploration and learning.
Cost is $10 for members and $35 for non-members. There will be no class November 25.
stART Studio 
Fridays, October 9 through December 18 | 10 to 11 a.m. | Ages 2–4
CMEE’s budding artists can discover the foundations of art making through a variety of safe, multisensory materials. In addition to encouraging creativity, the program is designed to help children develop fine motor skills and provides opportunities for early socialization.
Cost is $10 for member children and $35 for non-member children, which includes Museum admission.
CMEE’s fall programming reflects the Museum’s commitment to providing hands-on experiences that spark imagination, encourage learning and give children and their grownups meaningful opportunities to play and explore together.

Hank's Pumpkintown

The Evelyn Alexander Wildlife Rescue Center (EAWRC) will bring some very special feathered guests to Hank’s Pumpkintown on Friday, October 9 from noon to 1:30 p.m. for a special Birds of Prey educational program.
Families visiting Hank’s Pumpkintown are invited to stop by and meet a few of the Wildlife Rescue Center’s resident Birds of Prey up close. Guests will have the opportunity to see these remarkable animals, take photos and learn more about the important role raptors play in our local ecosystem.
The birds participating in the program are among EAWRC’s Education Ambassadors—non-releasable wildlife that help the Center teach the community about Long Island’s native species, wildlife conservation and the importance of protecting the habitats these animals call home.
The program offers families a unique addition to a day of fall fun at Hank’s Pumpkintown and a chance to connect with local wildlife while learning more about the work of the Evelyn Alexander Wildlife Rescue Center.
