Fresno Restaurant Celebrates Long Island Restaurant Week with Special Three-Course Prix-Fixe Menu

Fresno Restaurant in East Hampton is pleased to announce its participation in Long Island Restaurant Week, taking place Sunday, November 1 through Sunday, November 8. Throughout the week, guests are invited to enjoy a specially curated three-course prix-fixe menu for $40 per person, plus tax and gratuity, featuring a selection of seasonal dishes that highlight the restaurant's commitment to fresh ingredients, bold flavors and thoughtfully prepared cuisine.

The Restaurant Week menu begins with a variety of enticing appetizers, including Salmon Tartare with capers, green curry, whole grain mustard, ginger oil and homemade chips; Duck Spring Rolls with braised green cabbage, carrots and sweet chili soy sauce; Artisanal Greens with Halsey Farm apples, Manchego, pumpkin seeds and sherry vinaigrette; and Balsam Farm Baby Kale Salad with roasted local butternut squash, cranberries, almonds, Pecorino and Green Goddess dressing. Additional selections include the Soup of the Day, Big Eye Tuna Tacos and Steamed PEI Mussels "Fresno Style" in a coconut-lemongrass broth.

For the main course, guests can choose from an array of dishes, including Rigatoni with beef, veal and pork, San Marzano tomatoes, Parmesan and crushed red pepper; Roasted Vegan Maitake Mushroom with toasted gluten-free potato gnocchi, sautéed kale and roasted Balsam butternut squash; Pan-Seared Scottish Salmon with black forbidden rice, sautéed baby bok choy and mango-coconut sauce; and Chicken Milanese with mesclun, cherry tomatoes, goat cheese and slow-roasted tomato emulsion. Additional options include the signature Fresno Burger, Grilled Berkshire Pork Chop, Cazuela Roasted Cod and Fish of the Day.

To complete the dining experience, guests can indulge in one of three decadent desserts: Pumpkin Cheesecake with graham cracker crust and vanilla whipped cream; Warm Chocolate Cake with a marshmallow-Nutella center and coffee gelato; or Fresno's signature Ice Cream Sandwich featuring crispy chocolate chip cookies and vanilla ice cream.
