Citizens for Access Rights or CfAR (www.citizensforaccessrights.com)
and Hamptons Drive-In will host their Family Outdoor Movie Night on Thursday, August  21st at Maidstone Park Ball Field  (Maidstone Park Road, East Hampton).  The featured movie will be The Croods.  The Croods  features the voices of Nicolas CageEmma Stone, Ryan Reynolds, Catherine Keener, Clark Duke, and Cloris Leachman. The film is set in a fictional prehistoric Pliocene era known as The  Croodaceous, a period which contains fantastical creatures, when a man's position as a "Leader of the Hunt" is threatened by the arrival of a prehistoric genius who comes up with revolutionary new inventions, like fire, as they trek through a dangerous but exotic land in search of a new home.

Gates
will open at 7:30 p.m. with the movie beginning at 8:30 p.m.  The cost will be $5 for non-members and CfAR
members will be free.  Guests are
encouraged to bring beach chairs and blankets for watching the movie.  Snacks and refreshments will be available for
purchase. No outside food or beverages will be permitted.  CfAR apparel will be available for purchase.  All proceeds will go to CfAR  to protect beach access on the East End and to defend the current lawsuit affecting
the stretch of beach on Napeague.
