East Hampton Town Given Opportunity To Buy Former East Deck Motel Property

Lars Svanberg and Scott Bradley, principals of East Deck, the limited liability company that owns the property where the East Deck Motel on Ditch Plains Beach in Montauk, announced Friday that they have requested an adjournment to the East Hampton planning department meeting next Wednesday Sept. 17.

“We agree Ditch Plains is a special place and have requested an adjournment to the meeting to give the town an opportunity to assess the possibility of purchasing the property,” they said in a press release sent by Kristie Galvani, the vice president of Rubenstein Public Relations, which represents the limited liability company.
