Elements Fitness Studio Offers a Weekend of Events for Labor Day Weekend
Braid Bar with VIVE, Montauk Juice Factory Sampling and Pop Up Barre Fitness Class at Ruschmeyer's.
In honor of the final weekend of the summer, Elements Fitness Studio, the Hamptons newest barre fitness studio, will offer a pop-up braid bar courtesy of VIVE as well as juice sampling from Montauk Juice Factory at Elements Fitness Studio on Friday, August 29th from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Attendees will be able to sample different juices as well as receive hair braiding from Vive Stylists between classes. The full schedule of classes will be offered in studio throughout the weekend. On Sunday, August 31st, Elements Fitness will be part of a beauty and fitness event at Ruschmeyer’s (161 Second House Road, Montauk, NY 11954) from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Elements Fitness Studio will offer a complimentary pop-up barre fitness class beginning at 11 a.m. in Ruschmeyers’ backyard. As well, new beauty technology company VIVE will be offering a braid bar from 10:30 a.m. to noon. The class is open to hotel guests as well as the public, and participants are asked to bring athletic shoes and socks. The class will be held outside, and yoga mats will be provided.
