J.Crew to Open Temporary Shop in East Hampton

The temporary store will be replacing the Main Street store which was damaged in a fire.

J.Crew announced that they will be opening up a temporary shop in East Hampton after the Main Street store was damaged in a fire.

The new temporary store, located at the former Kate Spade store on 17 Newtown Lane, will be opening on Tuesday, June 16.

The store will be a devoted beachwear destination for women’s, men’s and Crewcuts (swim, shorts, tees and sandals, etc.).

The J.Crew located on 14 Main Street, was damaged after a fire broke out at the store on April 24.

All of the fire-damaged denim and cashmere from the original store was donated to Blue Jeans Go Green​, according to a J.Crew representative.
