Joseph N. Goff House Gazebo Concert Series Continues

The Joseph N. Goff House Music Series, held at the Center
School Pavilion in the East Hampton Village Center on Thursdays, from 6:30 p.m.
to 8:30 p.m., will continue on July 3 with folk music by Ian Fitzgerald.

Ian Fitzgerald, a native of Massachusetts, has maintained a lifelong passion
for music which has only grown in the decade that he has been writing songs and
playing them for audiences throughout New England and up and down the east
coast. In that time, Ian's lyrics and melodies have won him first place in the
Boston Folk Festival Songwriting Contest (for the song "Lillian") and earned him
a spot in the Emerging Artist Showcase at the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival and a
Quad Showcase performance at the 2013 Northeast Regional Folk Alliance (NERFA)
Conference. In a review of his latest album, No Time To Be Tender
[2013], Performer Magazine called Ian "a polished songsmith who is high
atop a field of great artists breaking through to festival and folk concerts
throughout the States." Listeners are welcome to bring chairs, blankets and
picnics while enjoying the concert, which is sponsored by contributions from
local businesses.

The concerts series continues on July 17 with Americana, folk and roots rock
by J. Cherry & the Strawberries; Irish music by Anam Cara on July 24;
eclectic jazz rock by Gigglejuice on July 31.
