Man Charged With Sexually Abusing Child In Montauk Park: Police
BREAKING: Bail was set at $20,000 cash or $150,000 bond, police said.

MONTAUK, NY — A Center Moriches man has been charged with sexually abusing a child in a Montauk park, police said.
According to East Hampton Town Police, Kenneth L. Rodriguez, 43, was arrested on Sunday at 5:55 p.m.
Rodriguez, police said, was charged for the incident, which allegedly took place between July 1, 2013 to September 2, 2013 at Theodore Roosevelt County Park in Montauk, where he "subjected another person to sexual contact and that person was less than 13 years old and he was over the age of 21; in that, the defendant placed his hand under the sweatshirt . . .of a 12-year-old female and did rub and feel her breasts," police said.

Rodriguez was arrested and charged with first degree sexual abuse, contact with victim 13 less than 13/defendant 21 or older, a felony, and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, a misdemeanor, police said.
Bail was set at $20,000 cash or $150,000 bond, police said.
