Man Trapped in Trench After Ground Collapses at Water Mill Construction Site
The man was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital.

A man was hospitalized after being trapped in a trench in a construction site on 45 Summerfield Lane in Water Mill on Tuesday afternoon.
The man, who has not yet been identified, was buried up to his waist after the ground in the site collapsed around 1:30 p.m., according to 27east.
At about 3:30 p.m. he was freed from the 10 foot hole and taken to Stony Brook University Hospital, according to The East Hampton Star.
