In addition to singing traditional Boleros accompanied by David Oquendo’s guitar, I will debut our latest production, a new genre which Egaro, David and I have labeled Neo-Filin'. With Neo-Filin', we have created a new style, an innovative musical approach to playing and singing traditional Boleros. Neo-Filin’ contemporizes the magic of old-school Cuban compositions by fusing them with the mojo of present-day beats.We will perform 4 tracks from our upcoming CD, which we are in the process of recording. In honor of Wölffer’s Rosé Week, I will also sing some French songs from the master composer Michel Legrand.
