New Restaurant Opens Up in East Hampton

The restaurant has opened in the location of the former Nichol's restaurant on 100 Montauk Highway.

A new restaurant, Winston’s Bar and Grill, has recently opened up in the former Nichol’s location, on 100 Montauk Highway in East Hampton.

The restaurant is owned by veteran local chef Winston Lyons, who had previously worked at local restaurants such as Bostwick’s, East Hampton Grill, East Hampton Point and Turtle Crossing

The restaurant offers a seafood and steak style menu with a Caribbean flavor and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner year round.

The original charm of the building remains dating back to the days of The Quiet Clam in the 70s.

The space offers a casual atmosphere with two dining areas both quaint and cozy.

Wood is the predominant material throughout giving a rustic feel with several walls and the ceiling lined with repurposed wine crates.

The restaurant is open for breakfast from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
