This Vinyasa Flow is open to beginner and advanced practitioners. We will explore body mechanics and breath awareness as we navigate the terrain of deep stretches, restorative poses, balance postures, and inversions. Come practice your handstand and rest in child’s pose!
Rabbi Hanniel is a registered yoga teacher (2008), personal trainer, and a competitive gymnast for 15 years.
Done outside, mats and blankets are provided, but you may bring your own.
There is space both in the sun and in the shade.
