The Sectionals at Innersleeve Records

The Sectionals will give an in-store performance at Innersleeve Records on Monday, August 18 at 5pm. This free show will be an acoustic preview of their electrified gig later that night at the Stephen Talkhouse.

Sofia D’Angelo, Mick Golden, and Cyan Hunte are three fifteen-year-olds with such a passionate love of music that they decided to make their own. From three different NYC schools, they met at a Lowell’s World Young Musicians Showcase at the Underground Lounge and formed the band in October 2012.

A Power Trio – bass, drums and guitar, coupled with strong vocals – they have performed shows at many venues throughout NYC and surrounding areas including The Bitter End, The Parlour, Tammany Hall, The Studio at Webster Hall and The Stephen Talkhouse to name a few. Their self-titled debut EP is available on iTunes and Spotify.
