Matt Weiller is a career Foreign Service Officer with the Department of State, currently serving as the Political Advisor (POLAD) to the Deputy Undersecretary of the U.S. Air Force for International Affairs. Matt recently completed a series of Washington-based, senior-level short tours with State’s Office of Management Policy, Rightsizing, and New Initiatives; Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations; Bureau of Budget and Planning; and six months as a Senior Advisor to the Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources. He returned to Washington in April 2012, after a coup in Bamako, Mali shortened his tour as the Embassy Bamako Management Counselor.
