Village Of East Hampton Board Of Trustees Meeting To Be Held Friday

The Village of East Hampton Board of Trustees meeting will be held Friday, Sept. 19 at 11 a.m. at the Emergency Services Building located at 1 Cedar Street.

The floor is being refinished in the large 2nd floor meeting room so the meeting will be held in the 2nd floor Ambulance Meeting Room.

Residents are advised to enter the building using the door on the right side of the building.

Some agenda items:

• Presentations by Hugh King, LVIS - 2014 Commission Excellence Award from the National Alliance of Preservation Commissions in the category of Best Practices: Protection of Timber-Frame Landmarks Project and Drew Bennett – Newtown Lane Project
• Adopt Resolution # 36- 2014, to accept the $100,000 donation from the Village Preservation Society and a $10,000 anonymous donation for the limited purpose of contributing to the deer sterilization program.
• Adopt Resolution #37-2014 to approve an amendment to the Wildlife Management Service Agreement with White Buffalo, Inc. (approved at September 4th meeting by Resolution #35-2014) payment up to $140,000.00.
• Adopt Resolution #38-2014 in support of Georgica Pond Water Quality Restoration Action Plan.
• Notice to bidders for the purchase for Penn Globe street light fixtures, with the bid opening to be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Village Hall.
• Notice to bidders for the purchase for miscellaneous equipment for use by the Fire Department, with the bid opening to be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Village Hall.
• Authorize the Mayor to execute 2014 -2015 Agreement to provide dispatching services for the Sag Harbor Police Department.
• Approve $148,339.00 proposal received Rosemar for paving and road improvements for Cove Hollow Farm Road, Ruxton Road and Jericho Lane as per September 18th memo from S. Fithian.
