Woman Caught Packing Pink Stun Gun in Purse: Police
BREAKING: The unlicensed woman was arrested in the Hamptons, police said.

WAINSCOTT, NY — A Coram woman was caught packing a pink stun gun in her purse recently in Wainscott, police said.
According to East Hampton Town Police, Tanica A. Cortes, 33, was arrested on Jan. 19 at 3:52 a.m. on Montauk Highway with the stun gun in her pocketbook on the backseat of her car.
She was stopped while heading west in a 2006 Mitsubishi near the intersection of Wainscott Stone Road and found to have a suspended license, police said.

She was charged with fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon, firearm/weapon, a misdemeanor, as well as third degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and released on her own recognizance, police said.
