Holy Trinity Orthodox Church at 369 Green Avenue, East Meadow will host its annual Faith, Food & Fellowship Festival on Saturday, August 31 (rain or shine) from 10 AM to 5 PM. It will feature Greek, Eastern European and BBQ foods, pony rides, petting zoo, face painting, live Slavic music by “Barynya”, live acoustic American music, gift basket auction, flea market, and a cash prizes raffle. There will be prayer services and church tours throughout the day. Admission is free.
The "Barynya" Slavic music ensemble will be performing from 12 PM to 3 PM, and will feature ethnic music, costumes and dancing. Kids are encouraged to join the band for certain activities. Barynya will be followed by live acoustic American music for the remainder of the afternoon.

Holy Trinity Orthodox Church, founded in 1924, was the first Orthodox Christian parish established in the Nassau/Suffolk area.
