Tiger Schulmann's MMA Rego Park will be hosting a Free Bully Proof Seminar on Wednesday, October 2nd @6:15pm and on Sunday, October 6th @ 1pm. All ages are welcomed but we suggest 5yrs and up.
This event is great for kids to learn the serious effects on bullying, what and who can be a bully and how to prevent it from happening to them and how to stop a bully in the most effective and assertive way.
