Nassau Man Pleads Guilty To Federal Child Porn Charges
Authorities say the man had child porn on a desktop computer, including images of kids as young as 1 year old.
EAST MEADOW, NY — An East Meadow man has pleaded guilty to federal child pornography charges and faces up to two decades in prison. Federal prosecutors announced Monday that Ross Susco, 34, pleaded guilty in Rochester to possession of child pornography, including prepubescent images.
Between March 8 and March 27, 2018, Susco had child porn images on a desktop computer that he obtained over the internet, prosecutors said. Some images showed prepubescent kids, including a 1-year old child.
Over two days during that period, authorities said he sent two child porn videos — both showing prepubescent girls being sexually abused by an adult — to an undercover Homeland Security agent, prosecutors said.
