The Young Widowers Group will meet on Jan. 12 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Empress Diner at 2490 Hempstead Tpke, East Meadow. The topic will be "Using Music and Movement to Release Stress." Attendees will learn how to release stress, explore root causes and learn how to heal themselves.
