Old Westbury Gardens Holds Holiday Celebration

Period rooms are decorated for the season, and children can enjoy crafts and see Santa.

Old Westbury Gardens is holding its 2014 Holiday Celebration weekends in December, before closing for the winter.

Period rooms at the historic Westbury House have been decorated with wreaths, mantelpiece drapes, topiaries, plants and other horticultural arrangements. Antique clothing and toys the estate’s collection will be on display.

Bring the children to create crafts and share their holiday wishes with Santa. The gift shop will be open with unique offerings, and hot cider and cookies are available on estate’s West Porch.
