Police: East Meadow Woman Was Drunk, Driving 80 MPH With Her Two Kids in Car
Woman is arrested early Sunday morning, police say.

An East Meadow woman faces a felony DWI charge after police say she was drunk while driving with her two children in her car early Sunday morning.
According to State Police, Valley Stream-based troopers stopped a black Nissan Rogue for traveling 80 mph and failing to stay in a single lane on the eastbound Southern State Parkway at about 1:13 a.m.
The driver, 31-year-old Drainne Whitelocke, showed ” signs of intoxication” and failed sobriety tests, police said.

Whitelocke was arrested and charged with aggravated DWI-a felony under Leandra’s Law, DWI and traffic violations.
