Momentum is the key in seemingly every sport, and both East Meadow (8-1, 7-1) and Massapequa (7-2, 6-2) have been dominating Conference I since losing to Freeport in October.
For the Jets, it's been all about Robbie Healy leading the way. He has eight touchdowns combined in the past two weeks, and East Meadow's rushing attack has not been stopped. For the Chiefs, it's about keeping the defense off balance with their rushing attack. Massapequa has a number of guys that can take the ball and run.

In-game battles: In a game that will feature plenty of offensive firepower, it's the defenses that will have to step up in order to help their teams win. Vassilis Grigorakos has had double-digit tackles multiple times this season for Massapequa, so he will surely be a pain in East Meadow's side. For the Jets, the three-headed monster of Billy Andrle, Chris Green and Evan Pantofel will need to break through the offensive line.
Last Meeting: On Sept. 10, the Jets topped Massapequa in a slugfest, 42-24. Healy and Andrle each rushed for more than 130 yards in the win for East Meadow. Matt Pagano threw a touchdown pass for the Chiefs, but he threw two interceptions as well.
