Two Injured in Hempstead Turnpike Crash
The accident happened near Aboff's Paints on Hempstead Turnpike.
A multi-car crash along Hempstead Turnpike sent two victims to Friday night.
The crash occurred on the eastbound side of Hempstead Turnpike around 9 p.m. just past the Newbridge Road intersection. According to police, the two victims were sent to the hospital with non-life-threatening arm and leg injuries. The cars pulled over in front of where they were towed.
As of 9:30 p.m., traffic on Hempstead Turnpike was moving smoothly.
