Vendors Wanted - Annual Parish Festival

Holy Trinity Orthodox Church of East Meadow is seeking vendors for its Faith, Food & Fellowship Festival. The festival will be held outdoors, rain or shine, on Saturday, September 5, 2015 from 10 AM to 6 PM. We are seeking vendors for crafts, green products, toys, children’s items, fashion/clothing, costume jewelry, sports merchandise and services, demonstrations such as massage therapy and financial services. Price points should be affordable and not high-end. The fee will be $50 for a 10’ x10’ space and $90 for a 10’ x20’ space. Vendors must bring their own tables and/or tents. The festival effort is supported by newspaper advertising, print and online publicity, a community lawn sign campaign, and a door-to-door flyer distribution campaign (delivered to over 1,500 homes last year), and a partnership with Empress Diner of Levittown targeting its customers with 2,000 placemats one week before our festival. We upgraded the festival last year with a live Slavic balalaika band, which was well-received. They will be featured again this year, as well as larger bouncy castle rides to attract more families. We had close to 900 visitors last year and hope to break 1,000 this year. We hope you can join our team in 2015.
