'What Would You Do' Featuring Empress Diner Airs Friday

How would you react if you saw somebody put a bug in their food and request a free meal from the manager?

That was the case at East Meadow's , where one patron decided to speak up.

“They did that on purpose," he said. "I wouldn’t give them crap. Throw them the hell out."

Little did the man know that he had just become a part of "What Would You Do," which is a popular show on ABC. The show, hosted by John Quiñones, will air at 9 p.m. on Friday.

This is not the first time the show has filmed at the Empress Diner. On March 17 and 18, the crew which featured a pregnant waitress. Her boss yelled at her for not doing her job correctly, and said "the baby is getting in the way."
