A two-vehicle crash in Dix Hills injured six people Monday night, fire officials said.
Four adults and two children were injured from the crash, which occurred on Deer Park Avenue and the South Service Road of the LIE around 9:30 p.m., according to reports.

Those who were injured from the crash were taken to Huntington Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital.
There were no serious injuries, according to Suffolk County Police.

Thirty firefighters and rescue personnel responded to the scene with three heavy rescue trucks, three ambulances, first responder and paramedic units, and were under the command of Assistant Chiefs Tom Napolitano, Alan Berkowitz and Joe Williamson. The Melville Fire Department assisted with a standby ambulance.
