58-Year-Old 'Vulnerable' Man Reported Missing

FARMINGDALE, NY - A "vulnerable" man was reported missing on Tuesday afternoon, according to Nassau Police.

Antonio Germana, 58, of West Hempstead was reported missing after leaving the Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow at about 4:30 p.m.

He was last seen on Route 110 in Farmingdale.

Germana (pictured above) is described as 5-foot-9 and 240 pounds.
