4. For youngsters, the library also has a class today on dirt, hardly an unknown item when it comes to kids. The class, featuring lessons on composting, dirt painting and decorating a planter, starts at 3 p.m.

5. Holy Family Mausoleum tours continue today at 9 a.m. at St. Charles Cemetery.
