PORT WASHINGTON, NY – September 28, 2015 -- BEB Real Estate, a real estate and investment company controlled by Bert E. Brodsky & Associates, announces its leasing of 67,000 square feet of warehouse space at 303 Winding Road in Old Bethpage, NY to International Warehouse Group, one of the top warehousing companies in New York.
According to Bert Brodsky, Chief Executive Officer of BEB Real Estate, Old Bethpage is an “ideal location for a warehouse facility.” He notes that the area is a thriving center of commerce, with many medical facilities, office buildings, supermarkets and restaurants, along with easy access to highways.
