Bethpage Turkey Drive To Feature Former NY Jets Star
The 11th annual Bethpage Turkey Drive will feature former Jets wide receiver Wayne Chrebet, who will help collect donations.

BETHPAGE, NY — The 11th annual Bethpage Turkey Drive is scheduled for Friday, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. The event will be at Bethpage Federal Credit Union Main Headquarters Parking Lot, at 899 South Oyster Bay Road, Bethpage — two blocks south of Old Country Road.
The turkey drive benefits Island Harvest, a Bethpage-based food bank. Over 300,000 Long Islanders are in need this year, and 400 Long Island food pantries and community agencies will directly benefit from the turkey drive in order to provide help.
Hundreds of volunteers will be helping to unload turkeys and food from those willing to donate, and placing them onto a state-of-the-art refrigerated food trailer.
