Burgerology Farmingdale Opens
The new gourmet burger restaurant is currently open for takeout only, but inside dining is on the way. Do you plan to give it a try?
FARMINGDALE, NY — Farmingdale can now taste what happens when burgers meet science, as the new Burgerology has opened at 247 Main Street, the restaurant announced Monday on Instagram.
The restaurant is open for takeout only to start, according to its post. The post did not say when the dining room would open.
People can place an order by calling 516-875-3777 or through DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub.

Burgerology now has seven locations — all in New York — with Farmingdale being the sixth on Long Island.
The restaurant serves gourmet burgers — including a build-your-own option — tacos, macaroni and cheese, fried chicken sandwiches, appetizers, desserts and more. Deluxe milkshakes, such as The Campfire "S'more in a Glass" and the Ferrero Rocher, are available, too.

The burger names and restaurants' decor reflect scientific and business luminaries such as Alfred Einstein, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Edison, Henry Ford, and John D. Rockefeller.
