Burgerology Targets Fall Opening In Farmingdale

FARMINGDALE, NY — Burgerology has announced it hopes to open its Farmingdale location this fall. The burger franchise is targeting the end of October to mid-November, it told Patch.

The new store would be at 247-249 Main St., Farmingdale; the site of a former tanning salon. Farmingdale would mark the eatery's seventh location and its fifth on Long Island.

Maria Galatoulas, owner and operator, told Greater Farmingdale that the family has wanted to open in the village since Burgerology was first launched.

Burgerology features creative burgers — including a build-your-own option — macaroni and cheese, sandwiches, appetizers, salads, colorful milkshakes and more.
