Career Breakfast, Food Drive on the Agenda

Monday: A drive to benefit the new food pantry at St. Kilian Roman Catholic Church opens today. Many merchants around Farmingdale are serving as collection points.

Tuesday: The 15th annual spring community career breakfast starts at 7:30 a.m. at the high school, sponsored by Farmingdale School District and The Farmingdale Breakfast Rotary. Non-traditional occupational roles are the focus.

Wednesday: The Farmingdale Chamber of Commerce will join with colleagues from Syosset, Hicksville and  Plainview/Old Bethpage in a multi-chamber networking event

Thursday: The high school scholarship fund is the beneficiary of a Chamber fundraiser comedy night at the Knights of Columbus.

Friday: The Northside Talent Show is set for 7 p.m. at Howitt.
