Duo Stole Woman's Cell Phone At Stew Leonard's

The two appeared to have been working with a third man who served as a lookout.

EAST FARMINGDALE, NY - Police are seeking a couple who stole a cell phone from a woman at a store in East Farmingdale last month.

A woman was standing at a coffee counter at Stew Leonard’s on 261 Airport Plaza when a man reached into her pocket and removed her cell phone.

The man then handed the phone to a woman.

The pair walked out of the store followed by a man who appeared to serve as a lookout.

The trio then fled in a dark minivan.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
