The listing agent, Larry Theodore from Century 21 Dallow Realty, says the lot would be great for a small business. The first floor would be the business area and the second floor has the space for offices. The lot has private parking behind the store and there is also street parking.
The building has been on the market for five months. The original listing price was $350,000 but it has been reduced to $309,990.
