Free Clinic to Learn the 4 Simple Steps to Good Form - Learn how to Run Faster, Easier and Injury Free at Runner's Edge

Presented by Olympian Grant Robison.

Runners strive to run faster, more efficiently, and injury free. Good Form Running focuses on proper mechanics and aims to help runners of all ages and abilities achieve those goals. GFR is designed with simplicity as the primary goal, because if something isn't easy it generally doesn't last. Not a runner? They emphasize how basic principles apply to both running and walking.

The first thing they do at the GFR clinic is give a slight introduction to the fundamental points of the GFR program: The aim is to keep it simple, the goal is to get you running faster, easier and without injury, and the belief is that running is a SKILL to be learned and practicing these points can make all the difference in the level of quality, efficiency, and enjoyment of your running.

Next the class transitions into the drills portion. This lasts for about 25 minutes and takes you through the 4 points of GFR. It gives you a chance to practice the four points in action under direction of the GFR trainer. Tip: Do this part barefoot or in socks to really get a good feel!

Lastly, the class heads back for a review where you will have a chance to discuss and ask any last minute questions. Then you're off!
