Domestic Violence Prevention - What do we know, where can we go
Dale Kassan, ACSW, Nassau Coalition Against Domestic Violence will discuss myths and facts, resources and opportunities for women at-risk of or involved in incidence of domestic violence. A Suffolk County agency representative will also be invited to present.
Please bring a donation to support the women at the Coalitions' Safe House. Items needed: Cleaning supplies and gift cards to K-Mart, Target, Walmart (or other department stores) to support their move from the safe house to their own home and baby products - diapers, clothing, etc.
