"[AJ] wanted to pick up all the garbage," Anthony Retaleato previously told Patch. "He said he felt bad for the earth. That was his quote that day. I'm like, 'Alright, buddy.'"
AJ has visited local parks and schools with his bucket, gloves and a picker. AJ has pledged to continue cleaning up more parks as the summer progresses, according to the Town. Saladino commended AJ and his parents for their extraordinary efforts.
